Senan Burke

Senan Burke is managing partner of Adams Law LLP and is a leading authority on energy, infrastructure, agriculture and financings relating to all of these sectors.

He works on all aspects of the development, acquisition, disposal and funding of energy and infrastructure assets. Senan advises many of the participants in energy and infrastructure transactions, including lenders, developers, contractors and secondary market purchasers. Senan also has significant experience in structured finance and is able to draw on this in assisting clients in putting together funding plans, from straight forward simple senior debt offerings, to mezzanine financing through to complex multi-source financings.

Senan also has a significant interest in Healthcare and acts for some of the top healthcare providers in Ireland and abroad. He has a wealth of experience in all commercial matters relating to healthcare companies as well as regulatory and litigation matters. Senan’s healthcare practice focuses in on commercial transactions, with an emphasis in the healthcare industry. He has lent his experience to all aspects of the organization, reorganization, funding, and merger/acquisition of numerous entities, including specifically, nursing homes, primary care centres, pharmaceutical companies, diagnostic centres, medical practices, and home health agencies. He also provides guidance on operational and administrative issues.

Senan’s overall practice focus is on corporate and commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, reorganisations.

Senan’s commercial litigation practice includes acting for clients involved in various commercial and business disputes, including contract matters, shareholder remedies and conflict, acting for minority shareholders, real and personal property disputes, real estate disputes – including termination and enforcement of rental/lease agreements, as well as franchise disputes and general litigation matters.
